I’ve been exploring ways to integrate my Futurehome smoke, heat, and carbon monoxide detectors into my Homey setup. From what I’ve heard, these detectors might be rebranded versions of existing models, which gives me hope that there could already be an app available for Homey. On another note, I’ve been dealing with an issue where some of my devices, like the Osram Smart+ Motion Sensor, keep getting new Device IDs after reconnecting, especially after replacing the battery. This has led to some aliasing work in my connected systems, which is a bit frustrating. I’ve been thinking about keeping a list of all devices along with their MAC addresses and Device IDs to avoid this hassle in the future. Has anyone else encountered this and found a solution?
