Hey everyone, I wanted to share a recent success I had with integrating my Harreither heat pump data into OpenHAB. After some research and experimentation, I figured out a way to get the data into my system using a script that scrapes the data from the Harreither web page. I used Chromium browser and Selenium to locate the data, as simple caching wouldn’t work. It was a bit of a challenge, but the result has been fantastic!
I now have all my heat pump data flowing into OpenHAB, which I can then visualize in Grafana. This integration has given me a much better understanding of my system’s performance and has allowed me to set up some really useful automations. For example, I can now monitor energy usage in real-time and adjust settings based on the data.
