Hey everyone, I’ve been exploring ways to integrate data from HiveOS, a crypto mining platform, into Home Assistant. HiveOS provides a well-documented API, which I’ve been using to pull GPU statistics, hashrates, and temperatures. The goal is to use this data to control heating systems and set up instant notifications for any issues.
After some research and experimentation, I managed to successfully integrate HiveOS data, along with Ethermine pool statistics and live crypto prices, into my Home Assistant dashboard. It’s been a fantastic way to monitor my mining operations alongside my smart home setup. I plan to write a detailed guide soon, sharing the step-by-step process for anyone interested in doing something similar.
