Hey everyone! I’m trying to integrate my HMIP-BSM switch with two HM-RC2-PBU-FM remote controls, but I’m running into some issues. Let me share my experience and see if anyone can help me figure this out. A few months ago, I replaced a faulty HM UP switch with an HMIP-BSM. The old setup had two RC2 remotes directly connected, and I wanted to keep using them with the new switch. I set up four programs in my CCU (using RaspberryMatic) to mimic the previous switch-and-button functionality. The idea was to have both RC2 buttons control the HMIP-BSM seamlessly, just like before. Here’s what I did: - RC2 On-Button:Short → BSM:Switch:On - RC2 Off-Button:Short → BSM:Switch:Off But here’s the problem: Only one of the RC2 remotes works properly. The second one activates the light on the first press but doesn’t respond afterward. Both remotes show the button press in the CCU logs, so the signals are definitely coming through. I’ve tried removing and relearning the RC2s, but the issue persists. I can manually control the HMIP-BSM via the web interface or with one of the RC2s without any issues. It’s just the second RC2 that’s giving me trouble. I’m wondering if there’s a conflict in the program setup or if there’s a limitation with how the HMIP-BSM handles multiple remote controls. Has anyone else encountered this kind of issue? Any tips or workarounds would be greatly appreciated! I’m really hoping to get both remotes working smoothly together. Thanks in advance for your help! ![]()
