Integrating Hunter Fan with RFX Transmitter - Need Assistance!

Hello everyone, I’m reaching out for some help with integrating my Hunter fan using an RFX transmitter. I’ve been trying to get this set up, but I’m hitting a bit of a snag. Let me walk you through what I’ve done so far and where I’m stuck.

I purchased the Hunter fan and its remote control, along with an RFXtrx433E transmitter with the latest Ext2 firmware. My goal is to control the fan via Home Assistant, but it seems like the signals from the remote aren’t being decoded properly by the RFX manager. When I run the RFX Manager on my PC, I can detect the signals, but only when the ‘undec on’ option is checked. Here’s a snippet of what I see:

7/4/2024 02:59:22:451= 080301051DFEA0049B
Packettype = UNDECODED RF Message
UNDECODED ARC:1DFEA0049B

I tried searching for similar issues online, and I found a topic where someone was having trouble integrating a ceiling fan using the RFXtrx integration, but unfortunately, it didn’t provide a solution that worked for me.

I’m wondering if there’s a way to decode these command IDs so I can use them in Home Assistant. I’ve enabled automatic device addition, but HA still doesn’t detect the fan. I’m hoping someone in the community might have encountered this before or has some tips on how to proceed.

If anyone has successfully integrated a Hunter fan with an RFX transmitter or knows of a workaround, I’d be incredibly grateful for your insights. Let’s see if we can crack this together!

Thanks in advance for your help!
