I’ve been trying to figure out how to integrate my MyQ garage door sensor with my SmartThings setup to trigger lights when the garage door opens or closes. I know there’s been a lot of discussion about MyQ not working seamlessly without an additional sensor, but all I really want is a simple automation—lights turning on or off based on the door’s status. I don’t need to control the door itself, just the lights. Has anyone successfully done this without adding extra hardware? I’ve heard that MyQ Lite might be an option, but I’m not sure if it supports this kind of integration. Any tips or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!
