I’ve been on a journey to create a seamless smart home ecosystem, and I’m thrilled to share my experience! 
Starting with Wyze cameras and air purifiers, I’ve always appreciated their affordability and reliability. However, the recent issue with face masks being out of stock after purchase was disheartening. Despite this hiccup, my loyalty remains because their products have truly enhanced my daily life. 
Recently, I decided to expand my setup by integrating Amazon Echo devices and Fibaro switches. The challenge was ensuring smooth communication across different brands. After some research, I discovered that using the Hue Emulation add-on allowed my openHAB system to work seamlessly with Google Home, adding another layer of convenience. 
One of the highlights was setting up a motion-activated lighting system using Fibaro dimmers. Initially, I faced some hurdles with the dimmers turning off after re-associating, but tweaking the device handler code resolved the issue. Now, my kitchen lights automatically adjust based on motion, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
