On the firmware front, I had to update some Aeotec door/ window sensors. I was worried about losing my configurations, but I found a neat workaround by temporarily adding them to a different network for the update. Thankfully, everything went smoothly, and I didn’t have to restart from scratch.
For anyone looking to get into Lua scripting, I’ve been experimenting with call timers and device access. It’s a bit tricky at first, but understanding the scope and how variables work in Lua has been crucial. I’d recommend checking out some Lua documentation if you’re just starting out.
