I’ve been using traditional lighting for years, but I want to take advantage of the convenience and efficiency that smart lighting offers. I’ve heard that Smart Things can control existing lighting systems, but I’m not entirely sure how to go about it. Do I need to purchase new smart bulbs, or can I use some kind of controller to adapt my current setup? I’ve seen some controllers mentioned in forums, but I’m not sure which ones are compatible or effective. If anyone has experience with this, I’d love to hear about your setup and any tips you might have. I’m particularly interested in how to automate lighting based on my schedule or presence. For example, having the lights turn on when I enter the room or adjust brightness depending on the time of day. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
