I’ve recently embarked on a journey to integrate my home with smart devices, and I must say, it’s been an enlightening experience! 
One of my primary goals was to replace my old heating system with something more efficient and modern. After some research, I decided to go with the HomeMatic 105155 Funk-Heizkörperthermostate. However, I wasn’t entirely sure if I could directly replace my existing thermostats without additional hardware. I reached out to the community for advice, and the support I received was invaluable! 
One user mentioned that these thermostats are designed to be plug-and-play, which made me feel more confident about the installation. I’m happy to report that the setup went smoothly, and I didn’t need any extra adapters or components. The integration with my existing system has been seamless, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in temperature control. 
Another area I’ve been exploring is motion detection. I’ve installed several Schlage RS200HC Motion Sensors around my home. While they’ve worked well in most areas, I noticed that two of them weren’t detecting motion consistently, especially in higher locations. Through trial and error, I discovered that angling the sensors slightly downward improved their performance. It’s a small tweak, but it makes a big difference!
