Hello everyone, I wanted to share my experience with integrating my TCL 43P615 TV into Home Assistant. It’s been a bit of a journey, but I’m happy to say I’ve got it working! I started by researching the Android TV integration component, as my TV runs on Android TV. The initial setup seemed straightforward, but I hit a snag when trying to remotely turn on the TV using the turn_on command—it just didn’t work. After some digging and reaching out to the community, I found that the issue was with the configuration. I adjusted the settings, ensuring the correct IP address and port were used, and voilà! The TV now powers on seamlessly. I thought I’d document my process in case anyone else is tackling the same challenge. It’s such a relief to have everything integrated smoothly now.
