Hi everyone, I wanted to share my recent experience integrating ZigBee devices into my smart home setup. It’s been a fantastic journey, and I’m thrilled with how everything is coming together. 
I recently added a ZigBee thermostat to my system, and it’s been working like a charm. The ability to control my air conditioning unit seamlessly through my dashboard is incredible. I was initially concerned about compatibility, but after some research, I found that third-party apps can be easily integrated into my hub, which has made the whole process much smoother. 
However, I did run into a small hiccup with my timer setup. I wanted to create a system where a light would turn on when motion is detected and stay on for 10 seconds, but if motion is detected again within that time, the timer would reset. At first, I struggled with getting the timer to reset properly, but after some trial and error, I figured it out! It was a great learning experience, and now the system works perfectly. 
I also wanted to mention the importance of using third-party apps for better control. I’ve found that apps like Wyze Cam Protect have been invaluable for enhancing my camera setup, even though I was initially confused about the event recording length. Once I got everything set up correctly, it made a huge difference in how I monitor my home.
