IQ Panel 4 Z-Wave Integration Challenge

Hey everyone, I’m reaching out for some assistance with integrating my IQ Panel 4 as a secondary Z-Wave controller on my Samsung SmartThings hub. I’ve spent quite a bit of time troubleshooting, but I’m hitting a wall. Let me walk through what I’ve tried so far.

First off, I’ve enabled the Advanced Z-Wave Settings on the IQ Panel, which allows me to activate the Add/Remove Controller button. The panel does generate a DSK Pin during pairing, but here’s the catch—it doesn’t show up as a device when I attempt to scan for it using SmartThings. I’ve tried both the QR code and “Scan nearby” methods, but no luck. Normally, with other 2GIG panels, I initiate the scan on SmartThings, activate pairing on the panel, and it shows up. This time, it’s just not working.

I did notice an issue earlier where the IQ Panel wasn’t adopting Z-Wave devices during testing. It required a reboot to recognize them, but after that, everything worked smoothly. However, when I try to add it as a secondary controller, there are no devices connected to the IQ Panel 4, which might be part of the problem.

Has anyone else encountered this specific issue? Any insights or alternative methods to connect the IQ Panel 4 as a secondary controller would be greatly appreciated. I’m eager to get this sorted out and make the most of my setup!

Thanks in advance for your help!
