Is it hub M3 can control IR device through the wall? Hard To understand my situation!

At Living rooom, I have added my Fan 1 in Hub M3 to control it theough IR,
The other Fan 2 (same brand) is located in other roôm (Room A), normally it is cannot control Fan 2 through IR by remote from living room.
However, in my case. After controlling Fan 1 through Hub M3 by IR protocal, the Fan 2 sometime is control as well. Realy hard to understand.
Actually i have faced for 2 couple fan from 2 brands (Fan 1, Fan 2 are sam brand mentioned above, other Fans 3,4 from different brand also same issue)

Hello, The beam from the Hub M3 can bounce off walls, mirrors, or glass and accidentally “reach” another room. IR doesn’t pass through walls, but it can sometimes “light up” a hole or bounce off in a strange way.

Hi @phamquyen0201
reflected signal, this happens, it’s physics, if you don’t want the second fan to trigger, you need to find another place for the m3. Try it if it’s critical for you.
