I just installed a new U300 lock and M100 hub. Both are installed and working and show up in the Aqara iPhone app. I have updated firmware for both devices. I was able to create users and operate the lock flawlessly. The M100 is on my 2.4 network, as is my phone. There is currently no other automation on this network at all (no devices, no Google, no Apple, no Alexa, no HA).
The only way I can currently connect to the U300 is from my iPhone using Bluetooth. When I try and pair the U300 to the M100 in the Aqara app, it finds the M100 and says that the U300 needs additional configuration- and then after a couple minutes of “thinking” it comes back and says it failed.
The only suggestions it makes are to make sure my network supports IPv6 (it does), and make sure my iPhone and M100 are on the same 2.4 network (they are) and to restart my M100 (I have).
I really don’t know what to try next. I am totally new to the Matter and Aqara ecosystem, so any pointers or help is appreciated.
