Hi all, my door lock seems to be having issues. When I scan my print or unlock the door with the app, the motor starts turning but nothing happens. I get the error deadbolt not fully retracted. Ive had the lock for 6 months and it just started. Tried to recalibrate but same issue. Anyone got any suggestions?

If it’s the U200 probably the motor just died on you. I had the same problem the past month. Tried resetting reinstalling but nothing worked. Eventually got in touch with Aqara Support and they were kind enough to send me a new one. (Still in warranty). Hope that helped
