Hello, I’m having trouble pairing a window sensor with the Thermostat W500. In my Aqara Home app, I already have around 20 of these sensors added. However, when I try to assign one of them in the Window Detection option, no sensors are shown.
I even bought a new window sensor and tried adding it, but unfortunately, the thermostat still doesn’t detect any of them.
Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue before I contact support?
