I have a U100 lock that is connected to my M2 Hub and is running firmware 3.0.0_0034. I have continual problems with it draining batteries within weeks and often malfunctioning to where the “lock” keypad button doesn’t lock or unlock the door, but the door can still be operated via smart apps.
I’ve reset the unit several times and re-paired it each time but I still have these issues.

We’re really sorry that your U100 lock has been giving you trouble. It sounds like there might be a malfunction with the lock. Could you let us know when you purchased it?

I have the same issue! I have had the lock for a couple of years now. Bought it just as it was released in the US. Initially it worked fantastically, but about a year ago it started draining battery really quickly, like I have to change battery every 2 weeks. I have been hoping a firmware update would fix it, but no luck. So now I am trying to reach out in the forum to get this fixed. I am on M2 Hub and is running firmware 3.0.0_0034
