I don’t understand why Aqara has beta tests but never actually send out the firmware updates, so it can be tested. And then having no one in charge of the beta to get in touch with? I never been apart of a beta where there’s no communication whatsoever. I’m just assuming they threw in the bag with the beta. But I don’t know because I and everyone else can’t get a hold of anyone. no one responds to any messages or DMs. Going on 5+ weeks of no communication.

It’s a classic conflict of interest. When beta programs are filled with people who just want free hardware, the feedback becomes an echo chamber of praise. If no one wants to report critical bugs for fear of losing future freebies, it explains exactly why final releases launch broken

All companies does the same thing look at Apple release an official software with more problems and bugs then was the betas so even when you release beta updates if you do not try them too and not only the beta testers then there is always the chance to get an device laggy with problems or broken.companies doesn’t care about their customers only care about their pockets this is the reality.i wait for an month now for Apple to find out why my Apple devices have communication issues on Apple home app but till today still no word more who helped me fixing the problem was Gemini as for some weird reason when Apple released ios26 many routers break or block the communications between Apple devices and Gemini helped me by ponying steeps to configure my router in order to have an stable smart home.
