Hey everyone, I’ve been trying to pair these KAIPULE Z-Wave Plus door and window sensors with my Homey, but I’m having some trouble. I’ve ordered a few of these sensors from different sellers, and while one works perfectly, the others are giving me a hard time. The issue seems to be related to the sensor models—some are labeled as IM20-ZWAVE-USA, while my working one is IM20-ZWAVE-EU. I’m wondering if there’s a regional difference in how Z-Wave works in the EU versus the USA that’s causing this problem. Has anyone else encountered this? I’d really appreciate any advice or solutions you might have. Thanks in advance for your help!
