Lamp Modules vs. LED Bulbs: Which is Better?

Hello everyone, I’ve been doing some research on smart lighting solutions and I’m a bit confused about lamp modules versus LED bulbs. I’ve noticed that lamp modules can be quite expensive, ranging from $40 to $60, especially those with dimming features. Some can handle up to 15 amps, which is great, but I’m wondering why they’re so pricey compared to LED bulbs that you can get for around $15.

It seems like LED bulbs offer more flexibility since they can be controlled individually or in groups, which is a big plus. However, I understand that lamp modules might be necessary if your fixtures don’t support standard LED bulbs. In that case, replacing the fixture might be an option, but I’m not sure if that’s practical for everyone.

I’d love to hear your experiences and recommendations. Are lamp modules worth the investment, or should I stick with LED bulbs for better value and flexibility? Also, if anyone has tips on integrating these with smart home systems or recommendations for Zigbee keypads or motion sensors, that would be really helpful!

Thanks in advance for your insights. I’m excited to learn more about this and make the best choice for my setup.
