Are there any plans to implement the reversal feature for Matter on the H2 Light Switch.
This is very handy when used in areas which are dark, so you can easily find the switch to press it.
I’m currently using it through Home Assistant.

Interesting question. So, I have an H2 roller shutter switch in Zigbee mode, and under “Automations” in the Aqara Home app, there are options for “Turn on indicator light” and “Turn off indicator light.” Unfortunately, nothing happens when I trigger the “Turn on indicator light” action. I would guess that these options are also available for the light switch, and maybe they work there. But I would also guess that these options aren’t available in Thread mode.
Did you integrate the switch into HA via a Matter Bridge (Aqara Hub), or is your switch running in Thread mode and integrated directly?
Hello, I don’t have a H2 roller shutter switch. Maybe with this function you just “turn on or off” the LED indicator on the switch. This is how it is on Aqara sockets.

It’s integrated directly. Also not planning to run it an Aqara Hub.

This is another good indicator that Aqara is not doing a good job exposing custom switch settings via Mode Select Cluster for use outside Aqara app. I hope this is in the firmware update plans the H2 desperately needs.

Sorry, I misunderstood the function of the indicator light.
Foolishly, I thought that “turn on indicator light” meant that it would turn on immediately, without me having to press the switch. But that’s not how it’s supposed to work.
It turns out it only illuminates when you physically press the switch (or while the roller blind is actively moving up or down). The options in the automation menu are simply there to enable or disable this default behavior. For example, you could then turn it off at a specific time and turn it back on later.
It doesn’t seem intended to stay on continuously just to help you find the switch in the dark. Having a permanent backlight for visibility would probably be more of a feature request for the Aqara team. In other words: The devices do not have this feature, neither in ZigBee nor in Thread mode.
