Continuing the discussion from Been having a lot of problems with my FP2 STAYING CONNECTED AND actually working constantly:
Why aren’t you responding in the existing discussion?
So yes, the device above it is very likely a disruptive factor. Is it a Dreo Smart Wall Mount Heater?
I can’t estimate how deep the heater is, but the fact that the FP2 is located directly below it is likely to restrict the sensor’s view.
If the heater emits airflow, this could also cause interference.
At what height is the FP2 sensor mounted? Mount it on the wall at a height of approximately 1.8 m to 2.2 m (i.e., approximately at eye to chest level) so that it has a good “viewing range” above sitting and standing positions.
Due to its proximity to the heating element, you should also note the operating temperature of the FP2 sensor, which is between -10 °C and 40 °C (14 °F to 104 °F).
