M100 fails to connect to AIMesh node, when it connected to main router fine.
I’ve tried resetting completely (tap 10 times) and still no luck.
I’ve also tried a different 2.4Ghz network in the property, but it still fails while trying to connect to WiFi (unknown error appears).
Hello, check if you have automatic switching 2.4 ↔ 5 GHz enabled. If so, then try disabling it and giving only 2.4.
I also manually add permission in the router. There was a case where the router blocked the gateway as third-party equipment.
No, it was because I had bound it to the main router, so it wouldn’t install on one of the mesh routers. Once I’d unbound it, I could then add it to the mesh router.
