M100 Hub and Aqara Mini Switch

Hi there,

I’m trying to connect my old Aqara Mini Switch (shows up as Advanced in Aqara App), to my M100 Hub.

I tried all possible ways to reset the switch for pairing (long press the reset button, long press the reset and switch button, etc) with no luck.

Can anyone help?

Hello, my old mini switch is reset using a paper clip (like changing a SIM card) but yours is not?

My recommendations,
if you can bind the old mini switch to an older version gateway but it doesn’t work with the M100 gateway, then contact support. This is definitely a mistake.

Thanks for the reply. I indeed tested adding it to other hubs and it didn’t work. I tried a new one out of the box and it worked with the M100 hub, however it’s not exposed to Matter.

Seems like the first button was faulty.
