I have found that the M100 doesn’t support first generation zigbee sensors such as the Aqara Human Presence sensors. Anyone else found the same?
@lj_aqara It seems like you’re encountering an issue with the compatibility of the Aqara Hub M100 and first-generation Zigbee sensors. Based on the reference information, the Hub M100 supports Zigbee and Thread protocols, which generally should allow it to connect with Zigbee-based devices. However, specific compatibility with older devices, like the first-generation Aqara Human Presence sensors, might not be guaranteed, especially if they require specific gateway functions or updates that the M100 does not support.
If other users have experienced similar issues, it might be helpful to check if there are firmware updates available for your sensors or the hub that could address this compatibility issue. Sharing your experiences and solutions on this forum could also assist others facing similar challenges.
