M100 Hub not discovered by App

I just got the new M100 hub and have not been able to connect it to my app. I have tried multiple USB plugs and two different iPhones. I let the app try to discover it naturally, as well as scanning the QR code on the package. I am on a 2.4 band each time I try as well.

Any suggestions?
