M100 Picking Channel

How to force the hub to pick a better channel.
Do I really have to keep factory resetting it and pray that it will pick a better channel?
It keeps picking channel 11, which is the most crowded here :smiley:

@Sugar You seem to be experiencing an issue with the M100 Hub picking a crowded Wi-Fi channel (channel 11). Unfortunately, the provided reference information doesn’t include details on manually forcing the hub to select a specific channel.

Support contacted me after I made that post, and they changed my ZigBee and thread channel to 25.

But I wish it were possible to do this without support, just add that possibility with a firmware update.

If they changed your channel, it will stay like that until you make a factory reset, and the only way to change it again to desire channel is to contact support again.
