M3 hub - Delayed notifications in app

Hi all is anyone else having a problem where the notifications (camera motion, doorbell rings etc) in their app are delayed. The timestamp of the notification is correct but they frequently are not arriving until 10 or 15 minutes later. I have rebooted my hub and my mobile device (It does this on my wife’s phone as well both android models) and for different camera types (G100, G410 doorbell and E1 all with an SD card in for local recording)

Hi, does this happen if you are on a WiFi network as well?

Restart your router, this should help solve the problem, perhaps your hub has a poor wifi signal, which may cause a delay.

Yes I have rebooted my WiFi network recently. I have a whole home system and the signal for everything is pretty solid
