Why when I commission a new aqara thread device can’t I select my existing erro thread network? M3 insists on creating its own thread network?

Aqara Home does not support third-party networks created by third-party TBRs; therefore, Aqara devices cannot connect to them.
That is why the M3 hub creates its own network.
Not sure I follow. I commissioned direct to Homey SHS and then multi-admin to M3 using my erro thread. M3 then updated the firmware. However I think I should be commissioning direct to M3 using Erro thread then multi admin to Homey. To me it looks Aqara are not playing fair buy allowing user to choose the thread network.
