Spent so far about 15 hours trying to configure my 410 G and also later my leak sensor. It seems the sequence of adding the devices to the HomeKit app and the Aqara app is critical. Also, during various attempts to get my leak sensor to bind I reset the hub which then deleted my doorbell from the Aqara app. I can’t add it back and I keep getting the message that it’s already added to the HomeKit. I deleted the accessory from the HomeKit still can’t get it back to the Akara app. I then deleted the accessory from the Apple HomeKit, deleted all apps. Still, no luck getting the item back into the Aqara app. If I knew at the beginning how difficult it would be to get this system up and running I never would’ve started but now since I’m deep in, I’ll probably continue until I get it running. I am not sure, but it seems that the systems are somehow connected via the cloud and have a delay before they are in sync. If anyone has advice, I would be glad to take it.

Have you tried checking if your lock is still present in iOS Settings > General > Matter Accessories?
Or maybe you can try removing the hub from Apple Home (Apple Home > three dots > hubs and bridges).
Btw have you connected your Aqara hub using HomeKit or Matter integration? Because you can use either, but it changes how some things work

Same problem. Apple helpdesk is no help. Offering an auto take it back
