Migrating from CCU2 to CCU3 Without Cloud Connection

Hello everyone, I’ve been using a CCU2 with various wireless contacts for several years now. While I haven’t integrated Homematic IP yet, I’ve been relying heavily on its alarm system, which is set up using wireless window contacts. In the event of an alarm, the Homematic system triggers the siren. Now, I’m considering an upgrade to CCU3, but I’m a bit concerned about the cloud requirements mentioned in the documentation.

Here’s my situation: I plan to migrate all my existing CCU2 configurations to CCU3. However, I don’t intend to connect CCU3 to the cloud. My primary concern is whether this setup will affect the functionality of my traditional Homematic components, especially the alarm system. Will my alarm system still work seamlessly without a cloud connection?
