Migrating from Polisy to Eisy: A Smooth Transition?

Hey everyone, I’m in the process of migrating my smart home setup from Polisy to Eisy and wanted to share my experience and ask a few questions. I’ve been using Polisy for a while now, and while it’s been reliable, I’m excited to see what Eisy has to offer in terms of performance and features.

I’ve already backed up my Polisy system, including the ZWave network, and plan to transfer the Zmatter board to the Eisy USB enclosure. My main concern is ensuring that the transition goes smoothly, especially for my Insteon and ZWave devices. Will restoring the backup on Eisy be enough to maintain their functionality?

Another thing I’m curious about is the Node Server licenses. I have a few PG3x nodes running on Polisy, and I want to make sure they’ll work seamlessly on Eisy. Should I add Eisy to the PG3x dashboard ahead of time? And what happens during the Portal migration? Will the licenses transfer automatically?

If anyone has experience with this kind of migration or can shed some light on these questions, I’d really appreciate it. I’m hoping to avoid any hiccups and keep my smart home running like clockwork. Thanks in advance for your insights! :rocket:
