Hi all! I’ve recently migrated from Abode to Hubitat, and I’m trying to set up my ‘home’ and ‘Away’ alarm arming with multiple users. On Abode, I had two important events: ‘First one home’ and ‘Last one away’. The ‘First one home’ event was triggered when any user entered the geofence while all others were outside, and ‘Last one away’ was when any user exited the geofence while all others were still inside. I’m struggling with replicating this on Hubitat, especially the ‘all other users’ part. If anyone has a solution or suggestion, I’d greatly appreciate it!

Another thing I’m curious about is integrating Tile trackers into my main dashboard. I have a Tile attached to my keys, and I was wondering if there’s a way to add a ‘find keys’ button directly on the dashboard. It would be so handy to press a button and have the Tile ring without having to open the app. If anyone knows how to do this, please share your tips!
Lastly, I just wanted to share my positive experience with installing Home Assistant on Ubuntu 20.04. The installation process was flawless, and it’s been running smoothly ever since. It’s amazing how a well-designed installation script can make such a difference. I’m really impressed with the community’s efforts and the support available.
