All I see is a box with an ‘X’ on it, which is pretty frustrating. I went through all the troubleshooting steps, checked the settings, and even reached out to support. They mentioned that I need a subscription to access the video clips, which caught me off guard because I haven’t needed one before. I’ve had this camera since April, and it worked perfectly without any issues.
