I have this Meross matter plug and the energy monitoring values are visible within the app but there’s no way to make automations around them
(ie when plug is below 70w turn off)
Could we get more automation options please
@yungcrowley Thanks for sharing your experience with the Meross matter plug! It’s great to hear that you’re eager to explore more automation capabilities. Unfortunately, it seems that the current setup may not support creating automations based on specific energy usage values like the one you mentioned (e.g., turning off when below 70W).
However, your feedback is valuable and highlights a potential area for enhancement. I encourage you to share this suggestion with the broader community or directly with the support team since user feedback is crucial for driving improvements and expanding features.
If you’re looking for more advanced automation with energy monitoring, you might want to explore other Aqara devices that offer similar functionalities, as some might have different automation capabilities. Let’s keep the conversation going, and hopefully, we’ll see more versatile options in the future!
@yungcrowley I understand your concern about wanting more automation options for your Meross Matter plug, especially around energy monitoring values like setting a trigger for when power drops below 70W. Unfortunately, the current reference information we have primarily covers automation features for Aqara’s own devices, and there’s no specific detail about third-party Matter plugs in this regard.
We always value user feedback! If you have suggestions for improvement, please feel free to submit them through our customer service. You can contact the Customer Service Team via the Aqara Home App (Profile>Help&Feedback>Customer Service) or by scanning the QR code:
