It is amazing how reliable this sensor is since there is only one piece!
That is one use case where I was hoping it would work well? Not all doors and door casing are suitable for the traditional door and window sensors.
The Multi-State P100 solves the problems just as you demoed.
Yes indeed, it really does solve a lot of problems and I am surprised at how well it actually works. It also works exceedingly well in drawers and other situations as well.
Once available for purchase I plan on getting several to use on my windows. I’m hoping March is when they are released and PLEASE be a reasonable price.
Yes, I am definitely hoping for a reasonable price as well. I think pricing will have been a little bit of an issue with a few products at the moment so it needs to be done carefully.
I am working on a slightly more in-depth review style video at the moment. I have to edit it though because I have quite a bit of footage. Hopefully it will be ready a little bit later on this evening.
Can’t wait for this sensor to come out. What is the battery life?
It’s up to 3 years in Zigbee, and up to 1.5 years in Thread ![]()
