Hey everyone! I’ve recently set up some Govee RGBIC LED strips in my home, and I’m absolutely loving how they can transform the ambiance of any room. I’ve been experimenting with different music modes, and I wanted to share some of my ideas and ask for more suggestions from the community!
First off, I’ve been using the built-in music modes, and they’re fantastic. But I’d love to take it a step further. Here’s what I’ve been thinking:
-
Highs, Mids, and Bass: I’d love to see the lights divided into three sections, each responding to different frequencies. Highs could be vibrant purples and pinks, mids could be cool blues and teals, and bass could be deep reds and oranges. It would create such a dynamic visual experience!
-
Fire Mode with Music: I’ve seen some fire effect modes online, but I’d love to see it react to music. Imagine the flames starting from one side and spreading further with higher intensity sounds. It would be like watching a fiery dance!
-
Spectrum Wave Mode: This would be a wave effect that moves from the center to the edges, with bigger segments lighting up at the same time. It could create a rolling, ocean-like effect that’s both calming and energetic, depending on the music.
I’d love to hear your thoughts on these ideas! Have you tried any custom music modes with your RGBIC strips? What other creative modes would you like to see? Let’s brainstorm together and make our smart homes even more vibrant!
Cheers,
