I installed Aqara thermostats and neither will go lower than 73 degrees. Why?

Which mode have you selected to run the W200 Thermostat in?
Heat, Cool, Auto or Off?
Since most are in the summer months select Cool and try adjusting the temperature settings again. (Give the system a moment to engage after any changes)
Thank you, yes they are in cool removed all automations and schedules as well as removed from home and reset both thermostats after all changes.
