When I first got my G4 doorbell earlier this year I could not get it to connect to my the hub or my Wi-fi. It drove me a bit crazy for quite some time. I discovered a bit later that my Apple TV was inferring with the connection. When I turned the Apple TV off, for a whole different issue, all of a sudden the G4 could connect. It does not seem to be a problem turning on the Apple TV after the doorbell was connected. No idea why, but all good now.
