Hey everyone, I recently purchased the Q800A soundbar, and I’m really excited about the Alexa built-in feature! I was hoping to use it for voice commands, but I’m having some trouble getting it to work properly. I’ve tried using it independently, but it doesn’t seem to respond to my voice commands. Does anyone know if I need an Echo device to make it work, or is there a way to configure it to function on its own?
I’ve also noticed that sometimes the microphone mute button doesn’t seem to respond as expected. I’m wondering if there’s a specific setup or configuration I might have missed. I’ve gone through the user manual, but I haven’t found any solutions yet.
On a different note, I’ve heard great things about integrating Alexa with other smart home devices. I’m curious if anyone has successfully connected their Q800A soundbar with other brands or systems. Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated!
I’m really hoping to get this working so I can fully enjoy the convenience of voice control. Thanks in advance for any help or advice you can provide!
