Recently, I’ve started exploring the Wyze Cam Pan for my home surveillance needs, and I must say, it’s been an interesting journey. I’ve always been fascinated by the idea of capturing time-lapse videos, especially for events like sunsets or seasonal changes around my home. So, my first thought was, can the Wyze Cam Pan be set up to take a time-lapse that includes panning? For example, I want to follow a sunset with a slow horizontal pan. I did some research and found that while Wyze Cam Pan supports panning, integrating it with time-lapse functionality requires a bit of setup. I ended up using the Wyze app along with some third-party software to achieve the desired effect. It was a bit trial and error, but the result was worth it!
