A smart tip I would give is. Building a smart home is a journey. It takes time to make an effective smart home. Make sure there’s a need before buying smart devices.

That’s a really good tip. Some people just do it for the sake of trying out new gadgets, but a real smart home is conveniently, “quietly” smart - it doesn’t scream “I’m a smart home”, it just makes your life easier
