Hey everyone, I wanted to share my recent experience with setting up the Nanoleaf remote control. I’ve been using Nanoleaf panels for a while now, and I recently decided to integrate my existing Ikea 5-button remote into the system. At first, it was a bit of a puzzle—getting the remote to do more than just on/off and static dimming. I really wanted to make the dimmer incremental and have the arrow keys cycle through scenes.
After some research and a few trial-and-error attempts, I stumbled upon a solution using IFTTT. It wasn’t straightforward, but with some tweaking, I managed to get everything working smoothly. The remote now cycles through my saved scenes with the arrow keys, and the dimmer adjusts incrementally. It’s such a relief to have this working—my setup feels so much more integrated now!
