With the new U400 doorbell and can’t get recorded video. I just keep getting stream and the loading thing. I’ve removed device restarted all my hubs. Does this camera require M3 hub for saved video to show up in HomeKit?

Apologies, do you mean the G400 video doorbell? But you do not require an Aqara hub to record, you just need a micro SD card installed on the back of the video doorbell and it can record locally and be viewed in the Aqara app. To have it record in Apple Home, yes, you will need an Apple Home hub, either an Apple TV or HomePod.
