Need Suggestions for a room project

Hello everyone!
This is a draft of the project I’m planning to build: it’s basically a room/gym that we will construct behind our house.

As you can see in the picture, it will have a separate entrance that I’d like to control using an Aqara T2 relay together with the G410 doorbell.
Inside the room, I really like the idea of having an Aqara Panel S1+ on the wall to control everything related to lighting and access.

My idea is:

  • Install 12 GU10 spotlights (all controlled together by a T2 relay)
  • Add a perimeter LED strip (~30m) to create ambient light (with dimming control via the panel/app)
  • Use the Panel S1+ to:
    • see who’s ringing the G410 doorbell
    • unlock the outside gate through the T2 relay
    • switch on/off all GU10 spotlights at once
    • dim the LED strip to set the atmosphere (for example during pilates classes)

Basically I’d love the panel and app to be the “central brain” for both lighting and access control.

Does this setup sound doable with the Aqara ecosystem? Any advice or best practices would be super helpful!

Hello, we are glad to welcome you to the forum.
Theoretically, your project can be implemented. But understand that to do this you will have to delve a little more into the Aqara smart home system.
Hello, @Raman.V, you have an S1 panel, can you tell something?

Your idea is completely feasible in the Aqara ecosystem, both S1 plus and G410 can act as a hub, your idea can always be supplemented with matter over wifi and matter over thread devices, since G410 supports this.
