Hi everyone, I’m facing an issue with my Neo Coolcam wall plug that I’m hoping you can help me with. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now to control a water heater under the sink. The setup was pretty straightforward—I created two flows to turn the boiler on and off based on specific times. When I leave for work before 8 AM, the boiler stays off, but it turns on when I return. During work from home days, it switches on after 8 AM. There’s also a flow to turn the boiler off at 11:12 PM every night.
The system worked perfectly for the first couple of weeks, but over the last four to five days, the boiler hasn’t turned on anymore. I noticed that the Neo Coolcam plug sometimes switches itself off randomly, whether it’s during the day or night. This is causing the flow to fail because the boiler isn’t turning back on when the house becomes active again. I’m puzzled as to what could be causing this. I thought maybe it’s reaching maximum power, but at night, there shouldn’t be any consumption since it’s supposed to be off after 11:12 PM.
I’ve included some screenshots of my flows for reference. If anyone has encountered a similar issue or has any ideas on how to troubleshoot this, I’d greatly appreciate your insights.
