Nest 3rd Gen "Fan Only" issues - wondering if W200 is the fix

I’m about done with my Nest 3rd Gen. It’s been acting up with simple “Fan Only” commands, which is wild because even a cheap non-smart thermostat can handle the G-wire without issues.

I’m looking at the Aqara W200 as a replacement. Does anyone know if the W200 allows for direct G-wire control independent of the HVAC state? I’m hoping to integrate it with my Node-Red logic and need something reliable for air circulation. Would love to hear if anyone has tested this specific part of the W200 yet.
