Hi everyone, I’m facing an issue with my Nest Hello Doorbell Battery Edition where the live view isn’t working. The doorbell itself is functional—it lights up when someone approaches and records videos, so it’s definitely online. However, when I try to access the live feed, I get a message saying, ‘Live view is not available. It might not be possible to reach the camera or the battery savings mode is enabled on it.’ I’ve tried everything from reinstalling the camera multiple times to restarting my network and performing factory resets, but nothing seems to work. I even terminated my Nest Aware subscription, though it’s still valid for about a month, and I don’t think that should affect the live view. Has anyone else encountered this issue and found a solution? I’m really stuck and would appreciate any help!
