Hello everyone, I’ve been having an issue with my Nest thermostat that I wanted to share and hopefully get some advice on. The thermostat keeps adjusting the temperature during what it calls ‘Peak Time,’ even though I haven’t enrolled in any energy-saving programs. This is a bit frustrating because I’ve gone through all the settings and turned off everything related to energy-saving modes. Despite that, the Nest keeps making these adjustments on its own. I’ve tried contacting Nest support, but unfortunately, their callback option isn’t working, and the chat support is stuck in a queue. The phone number they provided also seems inactive. I’d really appreciate it if someone from the community or Nest support could shed some light on why this is happening and how I can completely disable this feature. It started happening on May 18th, 2025, and it’s been a consistent issue ever since. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
